The Warm Heart of Africa

Malawi is known as the warm heart of Africa, with friendly people, dazzling sceneries, game parks, sandy beaches and great abundance of marine and birdlife. The country is dominated by Lake Malawi, Africa’s third largest lake, which runs along part of the Great Rift Valley. Lake Malawi is almost 600km long and home to more than a thousand species of fish.

“Small is beautiful” – this is very much true for Malawi which is one the smallest countries on this vast African continent but at the same time so diverse in landscapes and exuberant. It is often overlooked because of its size and that is partly why it is such a magical holiday destination. Lake Malawi, taking up one fifth of the country, is definitely amongst its most beautiful features with the most beautiful fresh water fish in the world.

Combine Zambia with its magnificent wildlife and Malawi with its prolific bird life,  a splendid range of antelope and other smaller cats such as caracal and servile.  Some amazing hikes and breathtaking scenery, not to mention scuba diving and snorkelling in tropical fresh water and you will have one of the most diverse safaris one can imagine.

We  work with a number of  reputable  and professional service providers in Malawi  and Zambia , all of whom are people born and bred in this magnificent country, are passionate about their product,  know the country  and the Malawian people intimately.  It is these people who make a trip to Malawi and Zambia something you will never forget.
