Botswana

The Complete Experience

Unsurpassed Wildlife – Intimate, Private & Personal,

Most reminiscent of Old Africa and home to one of the worlds last truly great wilderness areas – the Okavango Delta – a vast area of clear water that provides habitat for a great diversity of wildlife. To navigate these papyrus channels by a dugout canoe, is to enjoy Africa as it was 200 years ago. North of the delta lies the Chobe National Park, the Linyanti area and Moremi with huge herds of elephants and even the ever diminishing wild dog .  And to the South the magnificent Kalahari Desert region with its wide diversity of desert animal species

From the beginning, the aim of Africa 2000 Tours was to build a circuit of the finest intimate, private and exclusive camps, to provide our guests with access to the very best that this remarkable region has to offer.  By definition a circuit implies a completion.  A full and extraordinary range of places, people and activities, that will complete an unforgettable safari

Between all  our diversity Botswana camps, we feel we have achieved the perfect balance of wildlife, culture and adventure..  Experienced and friendly staff will be there to guide and assist you every step of the way, from the moment you step off your international flight, to the sad day we bid you farewell.

The majority of our guests will fly from Johannesburg to Botswana,  access to the remote camps is by charter flight.  Once airborne again, you’re entering one of the last great wilderness areas on earth.  Botswana is recognized as one of the prime game viewing areas in all Africa. This huge unspoiled region extends from the beautiful Kalahari  up into the  Okavango Delta, north to the game rich Kwando region and eastward to the Linyante, Savuti and Chobe National Park
